Test Kitchen Manager/Food Stylist/Associate Editor
Hired as Associate Editor responsible for four to eight spreads of assigned articles for both issue and Special Interest Books. This included all recipe development and editorial content.
Through various staff permutations I am now responsible for supervision three full time employees and associated duties of running the magazine test kitchen. My primary function day-to-day is that of food stylist while recipe development, recipe editing, and tweaking recipes for repurposing is still an everyday need.

1990-1994 Minnesota Vikings Foodservice, Minneapolis, MN
Winter Park; ran foodservice and catering for the Vikings football team at corporate headquarters.
Seagate Technology; opened and managed a new P & L account, supervised employees, developed menus, sanitation, and catering.
IDS Oak Ridge Conference Center; semi-subsidy account, opened property, and managed 17 employees, open daily, 3 meals, catering, and special events. Menu and recipe development. Sanitation.
